Flexible program your personal schedule is there to support you and can be very open and relaxed. You will be encouraged to do what is most appropriate for you, and if you just want to walk, read or stay in bed, then that is your program.
Colonics are NOT essential to the program - if you would rather let nature take its course whilst fasting, you are encouraged to do so. Listening to what the body wants and needs - that is what this week is about.
Juice Meals take place five times each day. The more substances we take into the body that require digestive input, the less energy there is left for the detox. Thus, each of these meals throughout the week consists of organic juice (combinatoins of carrots, celery, apple) diluted 50% with water. Some detoxers naturally drop the juice and drink just water as their detox deepens.
Supplements are used with above juice in order to promote better detox and productivity for the colonics. These are time-tested, and specific to their job.
provide the fibre that keeps your digestive tract moving throughout the week, keeps the stomach full - curtailing any sensations of hunger, but mostly it is to sweep any old debris from the system.
melt the old mucoid layers that coat the bowel wall and work with the Psyllium to bring this material out during the colonics.
attracts free-floating toxins in the blood and bowel, promoting cluster-sizes which are then spotted more easily by the immune system, and then get washed out by the colonic irrigations.
is reintroduced on the final day of the fast to reinhabit the bowel with flora. You are advised to take either the home-made sour-crout or a professional product for upto a month after this retreat, to fully establish good bowel flora once again.
The series of self-administered Colonic Irrigations throughout the retreat is
a safe and simple way to a Colon freer of debris, with stronger assimilative
and eliminative powers for a long vibrant life. Despite being everyone's major anxiety, there really is nothing to learn, and they are very relaxing.

Be you a beginner or a practiced yogini, you will learn something new. Use the retreat time to stretch and release joints, learn to correct your posture and 'lengthen' you body, thus relieving much strain on tired joints. Expect to increase your range of movement by the end of your retreat while revitalizing body and mind!
Though, as you can see, by the end of the retreat, things get very relaxed!

These extremely popular daily talks are inspiring and empowering. Designed to be easy-to-grasp, and give you a practical understanding of why many of our food and lifestyle choices work against us instead of for us. Once you know your body's inner workings, it becomes obvious what fuel are required. This is not a nutritional course - it is far more useful !
Covering much more than just food, we will also attempt to clarify the difference between marketting spin, and 'natural' products in order to make better educated choices on a variety of daily topics including shopping, true health supplements, food ingredients, soaps and detergents and how you can make a more deliberate impact on the larger ecological environment.
Upon booking you receive information regarding how to prepare for your retreat, and you are asked to fill in a medical questionnaire.
Numerous checks are made throughout your stay, to give you feedback about how the process is affecting your system. These include weight, Body Mass Index checks, understood further through actual Body Fat Percentage readings. Blood pressure and pulse rate readings and urine analysis to determine your ongoing pH balance.
Designated sharing groups provide a safe space in which to express what one is experiencing. As with anything on
the retreat, it is not obligatory, though it is known to create a special bond, and promotes emotional support between
course members.
One or more of the facilitators are always on-hand to provide individual support if required.
Though, it moreoften becomes a sharing of interesting information or a new philosophical view point that is exchanged.
