There is no need to prebook your therapies, as we will introduce and book them on the first day of the retreat.
- Aromatherapy:
- 1 hr = £50 / 30mins = £30
- A relaxing massage using traditional Swedish techniques and a blend of aromatic essential oils with theraputic properties.
- Deep Tissue Massage:
- 1 hr = £50 / 30mins = £30
- Using a deeper touch to release tension, toxins, and blocked energy stored in the muscles and soft tissues, this massage offers relief from the stress of everyday living, and brings a restored sense of well-being to mind, body and spirit.
- Shiatsu Massage:
- 1 hr = £50 / 30mins = £30
- Shiatsu is a Japanese deep tissue massage. It uses stretches and pressure to harmonise and rebalance the body’s energy, through meridians and acupressure points. You will feel like you have had a work out done for you while you relax! Your massage is done on a special futon, wear comfy clothing.
- Abdominal Massage:
- 30mins = £30
- Abdominal (?Hara?) massage works deeply on the organs, meridians and pressure points of the abdomen. Effective in releasing tensions, old blockages and enhancing the detox via this important elimination organ.;
- Double Detox Acupuncture:
- 1 hr = £50 / 30mins = £30
- Auricular (ear) acupuncture a powerful method of supporting detoxification and addiction control. This therapy induces relaxation and enhances the release of toxins. Ear acupuncture is very popular in drug and alcohol rehabilitation due to these effects. The 'Double Detox' treatment includes ear acupuncture and abdominal massage and is perfectly honed to release of toxins from the body.
- Reiki (hands on & distance):
- 40mins = £40
- Based on a system of healing used over 2000 years ago. A non-invasive form of therapy that offers complete relaxation, promotes the bodies own healing abilities and boosts the immune system.
- Personal Energy training & Chakra Reading:
- 100mins = £70
- Identify one's unique energy patterns and receive a clear mapping out of how your energy distributes itself, revealing your current patterning, habits, strengths and weaknesses. This gift of knowledge confirms what we already know about ourself and can support us getting on and doing something about it, i.e. balancing and developing our weak areas as these are our 'untapped potential'. Sho also includes energy work to contribute to your effectiveness and empowernment in dealing with life as it is, no matter how it is.
