Louise offers emotional support as you de-tox, and Journeying sessions to help with releasing, balancing and re-charging your energy system. She combines traditional Journeying with techniques from Brandon Bays, Dina Glouberman's Imagework, Gestalt and NLP to provide you with a unique experience, precise for your needs and intentions at the time of the session.

On Karuna Detox retreats Kirsty provides general people care - making your experience comfortable and supported. She prepares all your detox juices and supplements throughout your stay. Her relaxed and friendly nature make light of fasting!

On Karuna Detox retreats Tim provides detox therapy and general support - his easy going and helpful nature create a secure space to unwind in. His specialty is a double detox therapy which combines abdominal-digestive system massage with ear acupuncture to release toxicity and addictions. You can also enjoy a Japanese Shiatsu massage using stretches similar to yoga and pressure points to give you the effect of a work out while you relax.

Welcome to our Detox Yoga and Pranayama Yoga teacher. Ali is full of life and welcomes you to stretch and breath in her yoga classes. She creates an inviting space where the body can be nurtured and stretched to assist the detox; the mind can be focused and calm; the spirit has time to be; and with deep breathing and relaxation, the body finds the balance to rest and heal itself.
