Biography: Kirsty was born and brought up in Wales but feels most at home in the South west. Background includes studying Fine Art, Human Biology, Non-Violent Communication, Yoga and Permaculture. She has travelled extensively in India, and has been invovled in local agricultural projects in South India. Kirsty also enjoys dancing and one of her most favourite things is Contact Improvisation.
On retreat: Kirsty provides general people care - making your experience comfortable and supported, her upbeat and understanding nature makes light of fasting.
Kirstyloves healthy eating and playing creatively with food! She has been juicing and interested in organic healthfoods since her teenage years.
