Biography:Early travels thoughout Australia and Asia cemented my love of people and places and when my back went at the tender age of 21, it birthed a life long passion for complementary medicine and health. I?ve studied, practiced and taught meditation, chi-kung, shiatsu and yoga, all of which have enlivened, strengthened and shaped me into who I am today.
On moving to Devon I met Carrie Jost, the founder and director of LifeTracking and so began a new path and a deep and healing journey. After 8 years working with Carrie personally, I trained with her and have been practicing since 2006.

Each person is unique and together we will work at your pace using simple muscle testing to get information about the body. In this way we can find out what stops you moving on, any issues to be worked with, where they are held in the body and the best way to release them.
LifeTracking sessions utilise exercises and a wide range of techniques to support you on your journey, some you will be given to continue to use at home if you wish.
